At Primecap Mushroom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all our products—fresh mushrooms, dry mushrooms, spawn, and substrates—are delivered in the best possible condition.
1. No Return on Perishable Items
Since fresh mushrooms are highly perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund (refer to our Refund Policy).
2. Return Eligibility for Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items like dry mushrooms, SMS substrates, or spawn, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original packaging and condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
